The challenge
Sapienta Education faced a challenge specific to free platforms: without an established brand behind it, "free" tends to raise skepticism rather than immediate appeal. On top of that, actual access to the courses didn't happen on the site itself, but through a chain of external platforms — registration, email confirmation, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and finally Google Classroom — with several points along the way where a user could lose interest or drop off. The site needed to solve two problems at once: convince a Spanish-speaking visitor, with no prior relationship to the brand, that the offer was real and worth their time; and hold their attention through an access process longer and more fragmented than a typical education platform.
